Curate the perfect guest list

Out of respect to other guests and social distancing guidelines, celebrations tend to be a bit more intimate these days. That doesn’t mean you need to limit the fun! There are a variety of ways to still give your pup the party of their dreams...and let’s be real, your dreams too. 🎉

Choose only a select number of friends to extend in-person invites to, and invite the others to join the pawty virtually. Check out these cute (and FREE) evites.

Don’t forget the decorations

Time to channel your inner Pinterest skills and put your creativity to the test! No birthday pawty is complete without a little sparkle and a few balloons, right?!

Check out a few of our favorite Pinterest ideas for inspiration.

Be careful to clean up all decorations after your party so your dog and their four-legged guests do not mistake anything potentially harmful for a toy. Also, be mindful of dogs’ sensitivity to loud noises and avoid popping any balloons near them when you are cleaning up.

Make homemade pup-cakes

So you’ve got the hoomans taken care of, now what about the four-legged guests? There are SO MANY tasty treats you can easily make for your dog from your own kitchen. Here is our favorite pup-cake recipe that is healthy and dog-approved. ✔️

When choosing your peanut butter for the recipe, be sure to avoid any with xylitol. Xylitol is used to sweeten some peanut butters, but is toxic to dogs.

Splurge on a fun gift

When you feed Evolve Pet Food, you don’t need to choose between splurging on that pricey gift you’ve been eyeing for your dog’s birthday and feeding super premium pet food. You can choose both!

Don’t forget the paw-rents

With all the prep that goes into creating the perfect day for your best furriend, don’t forget about the paw-rents that will be there too! Make sure you’ve got plenty of refreshing drinks and tasty snacks on hand. And, if you’re thinking of hosting a pet party anytime soon, consider having a few extra face masks and hand sanitizers available to make sure guests can comfortably and confidently join in the celebration.
